The ball was stuck inbetween the rim and the backboard, you know how its wedged in there? All i did was jump up, got the ball down from the top, and i pulled my tricep or whatever the muscle is. wtf man, it’s impeding me from dribbling and shooting properly, and right now it hurts like fruck.
